A dedicated call staff are available during office hours and weekends to deal with machine breakdowns and to ensure any problems are dealt with promptly and smoothly. 

Technician Team
Classseq technicians are trained to the highest standards and are the only people that we would recommend to repair our machines.  They are armed with the latest technical information for our machines and carry a full compliment of genuine Classeq parts.

First Time Fix Rate
Classeq is proud to regularly achieve first time fix rates around 90%.  We achieve this through continual training and ensuring that our technicians carry the appropriate parts to meet our high first time fix rate.
