Classeq Meeting Washing Demands
The Skeff Bar & Kitchen, based in Galway, Ireland, is a bustling venue in the heart of the city offering live music, an extensive cocktail menu and bar food. Popular with locals and visitors alike, during a busy weekend service the bar can serve over 600 customers.
With such a high footfall, the Skeff team found it hard to keep on top of the washing process and ensure there were enough clean glasses, plates and crockery to meet demand. To tackle this, owner, Ashling Dudley, decided to invest in a warewashing system for the first time and was particularly looking for a machine with speed, efficiency and a compact size. After working closely with a representative from Classeq to determine which machine best matched the establishment’s needs, Ashling opted for a CST Rack Conveyor Dishwasher. This high-performance dishwasher includes features such as the ability to wash up to 100 – 130 racks an hour, simplistic single button controls with automatic rack feed sensors – ensuring its quick and easy to use – and side opening double skinned doors for easy access when cleaning the machine.
Process & Quality Improvements
Since installing the warewasher over a year ago, the team at Skeff has seen a significant improvement in the speed and quality of the clean given to their bar and tableware, and now consistently have enough clean glassware to match customer needs.
“The whole process of buying our first warewasher was made really straightforward by the team at Classeq. They were so helpful every step of the way, from the purchase right through to installing the machine. I couldn’t recommend them enough.”
