The information that we collect may be used for the following purposes:
- Marketing and Promotional content for which an opt-out is button is always available.
- Creation and maintenance of a user account on our website, this ensures authorised access to additional services.
- When the ‘How to Buy’ form is completed, your contact information will be shared with a third-party distributor so they can assist with your enquiry.
- When the ‘Warranty registration’ form is completed the registered address of the equipment will be shared with Winterhalter Ltd, our sister company who provide the warranty Service.
If we want to use your information for any other purpose, we will ask you for consent and will use your information only upon receiving your consent and then, only for the purpose(s) for which you grant consent unless we are required to do otherwise by law.
