Simple cleaning.
Anyone who’s ever used a commercial glass or dishwasher will recall the horrors of the ‘end of shift’ cleaning schedule.
Many of us here at Classeq remember it as part of our first job behind a bar or as a kitchen porter. In a high-pressure commercial kitchen or a busy bar, a machine won't stay in good condition without regular cleaning.
Of course, this is true in a wider business sense too. The longer something stays in tip-top condition and keeps doing its job properly, the better for everyone. Cleaning a glass or dishwasher is part of using the machine, and like everything else from Classeq we want it to be as simple as possible!
So as part of our quest for simplicity, we saw anything we could do to make the cleaning process simpler, easier or quicker as a good thing. Plus, cleaning dirty dishes in a dirty dishwasher is never going to deliver high quality wash results, right.
Which is why the new Classeq Undercounter range is designed with easy-to-clean features, such as click-in and click-out removable wash arms. Making it quicker to remove and replace, and easier to clean.
✔ We designed simpler basket rails which are a smooth, moulded part of the internal walls. There are no parts to remove to clean behind, so the internal walls now clean much easier and quicker.
✔ The double filters are not only easy to remove but they keep debris from reaching that part of the machine and causing issues.
✔ As well as making manual cleaning as easy as possible, we’ve added a deep-clean cycle, where the machine will do an internal clean with a simple press of a button on the new LED screen.
These are just some of the features that speed up and simplify the cleaning process and ensure that the new Classeq Undercounter range maintains their high performance over an even longer period, therefore reducing the lifetime cost of the machine and maintenance.
