New Pass Through Range

Following the unveiling of a new undercounter warewashing range in 2024, leading international manufacturer, Classeq has unveiled its new Pass Through range of warewashing machines.

Described as ‘bringing simplicity to high-volume warewashing,’ the new Pass Through machines, which are made in Britain, have been showcased to Classeq’s partners at a series of preview events and are now on sale.

Classeq’s ethos is strongly embedded in the new Pass Through, the Classeq’ CP500. Following years of research, development and testing, this machine offers improved innovation and performance.

The CP500 offers maximum efficiency, ease of use and reliability. It has an extensive range of features and can be set up on installation as either a dishwasher, or glass washer, providing greater flexibility and value.

In addition to the option of an integral water softener, there's now a new steam recovery unit. This advanced feature significantly reduces steam release into the kitchen, removing the need for external extraction and creating a more comfortable working environment. Even better, it captures and recycles heat to preheat incoming water - enhancing energy efficiency with every wash cycle.

The preview events gave distributors the opportunity to see how Classeq has extended its simple and robust ethos to deliver its best ever Pass Through range.

The new Classeq CP500

There is a simple set up commissioned on install as a dishwasher or glasswasher in a short space of time.

• The machines are simple to use and simple to clean and maintain with simple click in, click out wash arms, double filtration system, deep cleaning programme and refresh cycle.
• There is a new Bluetooth app for operators and service technicians which gives access to user guides, machine settings, performance data and service information.
• The quick access to key parts within the machine makes servicing and maintenance simpler and faster reducing the maintenance costs throughout the life of the machine. Shared components with the undercounter range reduce the need for spare parts and streamline servicing.

All machines include the following equipment and features:

• Updated colour coded display.
• Drain pump, rinse booster pump, detergent and rinse aid pumps all fitted as standard.
  Energy saving standby mode.
• Bluetooth® app.
  Deep clean programme and refresh cycle.
• Utensil wash programme with optional basket for Gastronorm 1/1 trays.
• Guided descaling programme.
• Optional audible alarm.
• Hygiene and service reminders.
• Rental Mode allowing Distributors to rent machines to operators based on number of wash cycles.
• Optional chemical lance kit enabling the display of low detergent and low rinse aid warnings.
• Range of tabling available, including support for bespoke requirements.
• WRAS Compliant - Type AB air gap
• Four power options - single phase, 30 Amp or three phase, 12, 16 or 22 Amp. On site flexibility to convert 12 and 16 Amp three phase models to 30Amp, single phase.
• Optional Steam Recovery Unit.
• Optional integral water softener with new low salt audible alarm.
