Introducing the new CP500 Pass Through. The final addition to the latest generation of Classeq machines.
In early 2024, we introduced a bold new chapter for Classeq with the launch of our completely reimagined Undercounter Range. The feedback from our distributor partners was overwhelmingly positive. They told us it was simple to sell, simple to install, and simple to maintain… all without compromising on performance. It was a clear signal that we were on the right track.
Now, we’ve taken that same approach and applied it to the other backbone of the commercial kitchen – the Classeq Pass Through.
Meet the CP500 and CP500SR. Completing our family line-up the new Pass Through has been designed around operators, our distributors, and the everyday pressures of the hospitality world.
Together, our Undercounters and the new Pass Through make up the most intuitive Classeq range ever. For distributors, it simplifies the conversation. For operators, it simplifies service.
Why the CP500? Why now?
Classeq has always been known for simple, robust, reliable machines. This is all part of our ethos, it’s a long-term commitment, not just a strapline above our logo. That means listening to our distributors, to our customers, and to the challenges hospitality businesses continue to face.
Right now, those challenges are real… tight margins, rising energy costs, a shrinking workforce, and relentless pressure on quality and consistency. Your warewasher can’t afford to add complexity. It needs to keep up. And that is where the CP500 delivers.
With the CP500 and CP500SR, we’re offering a true upgrade – not just a product refresh. It’s a range that reflects the way modern hospitality works.
Steam Recovery. Simplified.
The CP500SR features our new Steam Recovery Unit, a first for Classeq’s Pass Through range.
This innovation captures steam before it escapes into the kitchen, recycling that heat to pre-warm incoming water and improve efficiency. The result? Cooler kitchens and happier teams – all without the need for costly extraction.
In a sector where staff comfort, retention, and performance matter more than ever, that’s a win.
Built with the future in mind.
From the Bluetooth® App to support servicing to single-person installation (for non-SR models), everything about the CP500 has been considered with both the distributor and operator in mind.
Shared components with our undercounter range make servicing faster and easier. A new click-in, click-out wash arm cuts cleaning time. There’s a refresh cycle, new hygiene reminders, energy saving standby mode, new deep clean cycle, new utensil wash programme and more.
Add in the flexibility of power options and tabling configurations and you have a genuinely simple and robust machine that works for everyone.
One family. One standard.
When we launched the Undercounter Range, we reduced 16 models down to 4. It was a purposeful change, inspired by simplicity.
Now, we’re completing that thinking with the CP500. Simpler specs. Smarter features. And the same core philosophy that made the Undercounters such a success.
The CP500 comes in three specification levels (Everyday, Intermediate, and Intensive) with an increased set of standard equipment – drain pump, rinse booster pump, detergent and rinse aid pumps, and more. Simply choose your power option and add a water softener or steam recovery unit if required. No confusion. Just confidence.
Plus, all new Undercounter and Pass Through models come complete with a 2-year warranty.
As Nick Burridge, Classeq’s UK Sales Manager puts it:
“It’s great to have a new model that offers even more. Simple and robust is now a given across the range, the new CP500 and CP500SR then takes that further with more standard equipment, greater flexibility on power options and the brand new steam recovery unit."
Designed to support hospitality. Not just wash up after it.
This launch isn’t just about features. It’s about understanding the role Classeq plays in the lives of hospitality operators, and the people who support them.
In kitchens where missed washes can hold up hundreds of plates, equipment must perform. But more than that, it has to help – by being quick to install, easy to clean, fast to fix, and intuitive to use.
We’ve spent time in kitchens. We’ve listened to feedback from trials. We’ve worked with distributors across the UK and overseas. And we’ve built every insight into this range.
So yes, the CP500 cleans brilliantly. But it also helps staff stay cool, and puts control in their hands through our Bluetooth® app. It gives engineers easier access, and operators more uptime. It makes training simpler, repairs faster, and service less stressful.
Our own nationwide network, of directly employed engineers can further help with servicing.
That’s how we support the hospitality sector… by building products and teams that truly support the people in it.
From Stafford to the world.
Like the Undercounter Range before it, the CP500 has been designed, developed and built right here in the UK, in Staffordshire. It’s a British product with a global reach.
As Andy Salter, Classeq UK Managing Director, reflects:
“What drives us is seeing where we can make life easier for our distributors and all the teams working hard in the hospitality industry. It’s about making real enhancements that remove some of the stresses from a busy kitchen or bar. The CP500 was built to be dependable in high-pressure environments, but also to be simple to own, and to use. This launch reflects who we are now… a brand that listens first, then builds.”
One more thing…
Simplicity is always the goal, it drives all our innovation. We innovate to help our distributors. To help our end users. And to help the hospitality sector thrive.
With the new CP500 Pass Through range now available in the UK, we’re proud to say we’ve completed a two-year product range transformation that brings those goals to life.
From back bars to back-of-house, from single sites to hospitality estates, the Classeq family is now complete.
